I am completely ignorant when it comes to what treatment, care etc. my pool needs so it is comforting to me to know that Scott is able to keep my pool clean, serviced and running well, He is also very patient in explaining any issues that I might have. Being a small family business I am able to liaise directly with them. And, as such, he is able to meet my convenience in making a time for a service. Scott is very prompt......if he is running a little bit late for an appointment, he will always message me. However, I have found he is almost always on time. No needless waiting around as I have in the past when I used a larger firm. I do not have any hesitation in recommending Scott.......I am sure that you will be very happy with the service.
